We recently had rotten wood replaced on our porch and two small areas on the house by Seacoast Home Repair LLC, and we couldn't be happier with the results from the initial consultation to the final cleanup! I hired Seacoast Home Repair based on the pics of completed projects and reviews. I couldn't be happier with the work done. We had 24 cracked tiles replaced. They were timely, professional, and clean. I wish every contractor was like them.

Mark does a wonderful job! He has come out to our home many times over the last few years! We love that he can come out on Saturdays! He's always on time and takes his shoes off before entering our home. Very respectful, polite, honest and we are happy with all work he has ever done for us. He took down two outdated mirrors in both bathrooms and hung new ones. He also hung a new cabinet for us. He hung some mirrors and coat hangers on the back doors for us as well. The last time he was here he glued down some transition strips in both bedrooms, put in two new ceiling fans, 4 light fixtures and some caulking. He charges by the hour but he didn't try to drag his feet. He stayed focused and got everything done in a timely manner. We were very happy with the work. We will definitely use Mark again for future work.

Mark came by and installed stairs to our attic. He was professional and thorough with the installation. We could not be happier with how it turned out. He also installed our water heater when ours broke down. I recommend him and his team to all of our friends. We have plans to use him for more projects in the future.
