An update : Based on my complaint, they reached out to understood what my issue and got back to me with remedial measures. Even explained why I had a bad experience which was acceptable. They invited me to the new place to use my membership and I had the same awesome experience that I had when I visited them the first time. The new place is definitely an upgrade and a very calming place to experience a great spa time. The staff were very congenial and the masseurs were very well trained. Also I experienced the steam bad for the first time here and I liked it a lot as it is very personal, definitely going to be back soon as I renewed my membership. I believe this experience will remain so and the incident that happened was just one incident. Thank you for taking my feedback seriously and sorting everything out quickly. ******* An update : they have shifted and I have had issues with them honoring my appointments and my membership. Please think before you take their membership. Earlier review is only for the old place. They are even disconnecting my calls, when I tried enquiring about my appointments. My earlier experience is : Visited them after a tiring 15 days of strenuous work and came out rejuvenated after a couple of hours. First and foremost, the ambience is very welcoming and soothing, very well done both the reception and the therapy rooms. Sushmita, the person at the counter explained the various packages and helped me choose the right one based on my current needs. Once I chose the treatment, I was greeted with a lemon juice and then a very soothing foot spa, enjoyed the rose petals in them. Before the therapy started I was served Hibiscus tea, tasted so good and prepped me for the massage. My Therpaist MC, was well trained and she did a phenomenal job. Took very good care of my needs throughout the course of the treatment. Balinese Massage was very relaxing for my tired muscles and then the aromatic oil massage was warming for my mind. Do not miss the jacuzzi filled with rose petals, it definitely is an indulgence. Felt like a King when they served ice cream and juice while I was still in the Jacuzzi. Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sea and Salt Spa. Firstly, the hygiene standards were extremely poor — the treatment areas didn’t appear clean or well-maintained, which is unacceptable for any wellness facility. Secondly, the therapy was not at all effective. It felt rushed and unprofessional, lacking the basic elements of a relaxing or therapeutic experience. It seemed more like a money-making routine than a genuine spa service. To make matters worse, the front office staff were rude and unwelcoming. They lacked basic customer service etiquette and were more focused on pushing unnecessary add-ons and trying to overcharge. It truly felt like they were trying to loot money from unsuspecting customers. People, please be careful before visiting this place. What they advertise and what they deliver are completely different. Not recommended at all.

Visited this spa a week ago. There was no prior appointment needed. when I went in directly they took me to waiting room and asked for pain areas n few other details. based on my requirement they explained the best package for me. the one thing I did not like was the slight push for the membership, but yea who does not do that nowadays. The ambiance was good. during the massage there was not much disturbing sounds. the room and bathrooms were spacious and clean. the therapist Gina (not remembering the name now) she was very polite in asking for the right pressure. the price is on the costlier side for me. Also the package they have mentioned in their website is exclusive of GST so prepare accordingly. a good place for a calm and nice massage for some extra price.

I was on my way to the airport and had some time before my flight was due to depart to I checked into the sea salt spa. I had messaged them the day before and received a friendly answer. To reach the spa you have to go up one floor in the lift. I had my travel bags with me so they gave me their biggest treatment room and allowed me to keep the bags with me at all times. The lady who gave me a full body aroma massage, including feet, face and head, was really lovely. She gave me her full attention and was very caring. She was from Vietnam. It was overall a very pleasant experience. As a westener, I wasn't quite sure what to expect but my impressions and experience was positive.

Premium package price but a very ordinary service. If you have lot money to waste, please go here. There are multiple places in our city that does better job in 1/3 of the money. Management at this particular branch does cost-cutting by employing old and weak staff at the midst. I am unable to blame the old employee, she struggled to do single stroke smooth. For the first time, I got stressed during a spa therapy in my life. To my shock, found an used inner hanging in the bathroom, shouts "premium". The receptionist was impolite, she needs some training on how to talk with clients. I was unfortunate to check this spa as it was near my residence and my regular visiting spa one was closed for the day . Never going again to this spa again.

Really enjoyed the massage and service. Ambience is very pleasing and relaxing. Had a deep tissue massage for the second time here.. I had lot of body pain after delivery and the massages were really relaxing and helped ease the pain. Overall really good spa experience. Cost is too much though

Deep tissue massage was great, the girl she did for me provided all her energy and utilized all her power to relax the muscles. I went specifically for lower back pain and they took care of it very well. Steam bath also was part of package and it's useful to heal ourselves from muscle pain. Also they provided warm welcome and explained everything clearly. Whenever we say the pain is there at particular place, they spent additional time to massage for healing. I had wonderful experience. Strongly recommend this for relaxation , body and lower back pain.

I work at IT company and wanted to go for a massage in Chennai and that's when I across Balinese massage at Madipakkam. When i entered Sea Salt Spa I was stunned by the luxury environment and the hospitality of the staff there. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage and the experience was great. definitely will come second time!

If your suffering with some specific body pains, Seasalt spa is a good place to revive. Good hospitality and clear explanation about needed massage and fren who did massage to me, very professional and polite. Thanks Seasalt spa for providing me good relief from pains.
