We recently had our windows installed by SCV Glassworks, and we were impressed by their professionalism. The team's communication was excellent, keeping us informed with a timeline of the install. The installation crew was highly skilled and paid great attention to detail. The windows are high-quality Milgard windows which noticeably improved the insulation and reduced noise. We are very happy with the new windows in the front of our house... It was a somewhat complicated job and they are everything that I had been wanting to do for more than 15 years and couldn't find any other company who would listen. The owner took the time to listen to me and come up with a solution to my long standing problem and I was especially pleased with the work of their installer who had superior installation skills and attention to detail. I recommend this company to my friends and neighbors, all the time.

I recently bought a home that needed upgrades to some of the windows. I called a couple of companies and SCV Glassworks was the only one that made themselves available. Anthony came out to my home and gave me a quote the same day! He as professional and the price was reasonable. My new windows were installed the next day! Thank you SCV Glassworks for your service. I had a robbery at my house and one of my Milgard french doors needs new glass. I was referred by a friend who is a contractor in Santa Clarita to call SCV Glassworks who is located in the same area. I made an appointment 4 days ago for 9:00 am today. As nobody showed up, I called to see what time they would be here as I took the day off from work. The operator could not find my appointment and put me on hold. When she came back she told me the appointment was cancelled as I am not in their service area. I told her I did not get a phone call and asked to talk to the owner. The owner called and explained to me he is too busy installing new jobs and it is not profitable to do repairs in my area. I am actually only 20 miles away from SCV. I mentioned to the owner, the mistake was made by your company, and in this case you should make good and do the repair and not use the excuse that I am too far away. There was no willingness to fix the mistake. In my opinion this company does not deserve the 4.7 star rating. Customer service is poor. Only looking for new installs. I would think twice if you are not located in their city as you might not get service.

It really is going to be easy to write a review about SCV Glassworks. Why? Well I just had a project completed with them and I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome I needed some exterior french style doors replaced on my home and is typical with me for all projects, I get up to 3 bids. Not this time. I knew about SCV Glassworks based on other neighbor’s satisfaction and the fact that they have a reputation of doing impeccable work. If was a no brainer to have them brought in to handle the project. I didn’t bother calling anyone else. We’re very pleased with the quality of the new doors. The installation was done meticulously, the casing on the doors were cut perfectly and everything was well caulked. The installers were polite and  very respectful of my property which was appreciated. They arrived on time and left the premises clean. Matt (the owner) was great to work with and I welcomed his low key personality So the experience with Scv Glassworks was a very good one. We’ll certainly be in touch with them down the road for any future window related projects.

Had some of the windows replaced a few years ago. Great installation experience...on-time, professional, efficient and they worked clean. Windows were perfect and we love them! Recently, I went back because one of our other older windows wouldn't open. SCV Glassworks had the part I needed. Ann let me know that I could actually install the replacement part myself and save a bit of money. She was right (took me about 5 minutes...Ann even showed me how to do it!) and I really appreciated her help and customer service, even though it meant less money for them. I've also ordered a few glass tabletops. Again, same friendly, helpful experience and the glass was ready in just a few days. I would totally recommend this business.

My experience with SCV Glassworks was awesome. Starting with Ann who runs the front desk. Matt, the owner was very knowledgeable with Milgard windows and doors as he was a sales rep for Milgard for years, we were sold. The installation crew was very professional and workmanship was flawless. We ended up replacing 29 windows with new construction type and (4) doors. You could not even tell they had been there when the project was complete. I give the whole operation, from start to finish, five stars and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering upgrading and replacing their windows and doors. They were easy to work with and always available for any questions or concerns I had throughout the process.
