Very pleased with the staff at scratch and dent appliance.. they seem to be considerably more knowledgeable than people at big box stores. They have a large testing room were they test all the appliances before they are sold. You get a 30-day in-house warranty and a 1-year repair warranty. It's a very large showroom with an extensive selection of home and kitchen appliances. The staff is very generous I appreciate everything they did for us.. it's also nice to be able to see stuff and not just ordered online and to actually know that it's been tested before you use it. I highly recommend the store

Very disappointed, the manger was rude and unprofessional when we called to let them know that the stove top looked broken when turned on. Said we were going to be charged for having someone come out to look at it if there was nothing wrong with it yet that’s what Warranty is for.

Cheaper to buy new from home depot or meneards. Was in need of a fridge didn't need to be anything special. We just needed a fridge till we could get something nicer as our went out all of a sudden. Was shocked to see the prices I did for things that had scratches, dents and missing pieces. Nothing under $1000. Just eneded up going to himedepot and getting a brand new Samsung for $900. Some of the stuff was several thousand dollars seems a bit ridiculous for something that has cosmetic damage and who knows what else could be wrong. The other appliances seemed priced quite high also. Help seemed to be nonexistent also with one girl up front. Walked around looking for a good 30minutes before I left. Don't think we will ever go back or recommend...

Jon and his staff do a great job. Lots of inventory and great prices. I’ve purchased several products from them. We need a new washer and dryer, got a 4.5 Star rated LG laundry center for about half price!

Good place to deliver to, nice folks, helpful and quick- in & out in less than an hour... a little tight to get to dock, but doable(pics are from AFTER I was backed to dock)

Holy smokes! I wish I'd known about this place long ago. Some reasonably dented stuff, but plenty that are less scratched than a new one would be in 6 months if you have kids and/or pets. Great bands. Fantastic prices. Sales guys also let us just find what we wanted, which fits how I prefer to shop. We'll be back when we need something!

We had a very positive experience! I found the perfect washer & dryer set within about 3 minutes at a FABULOUS price and the rest was painless! The sales associate took the time to give me a few pointers which I genuinely appreciated as I haven’t owned a washing machine with an agitator in over 10 years. But the best customer service came 2 weeks later. I thought something was wrong with the washer, so I called & left a message (they hadn’t opened yet) and got an immediate call back upon them opening. They kindly walked me through troubleshooting… and honestly it was entirely user error 😂 but they were so encouraging & helpful through that process that I’m confident they truly mean it when they say they stand behind their sales! Well absolutely be back for any future appliance needs, because THIS is the kind of business ideals I choose to support!
