Scotts Moving Company

Scott’s Moving Company was a great experience. Scott was very communicative throughout the process and realistic when it came with expectations. He was also very flexible with working with my moving availability. His movers were great. They were able to move everything as I expected within the timeframe and it all arrived safely with no issues. I would recommend Scott’s Moving Company especially if you’re price-conscious, and looking to get quality movers.

This post was originally deleted (evidently by the owner) so I thought I would repost it. Occured in February 2022. Called 8 weeks in advance to secure a date imperative to my move date. They appear to do business on a promise because Jill never sent me a contract or confirmation. I called 3 times to ensure I still had a standing appointment and Jill answered every time and confirmed I did. The day of the move they were a No-Show. I called them 15 minutes after the agreed arrival time & Jill told me I didn't have an appointment. Terrible business people that lie through their teeth and then leave you hanging. I wouldn't do business with these people if my life depended on it. There are much better companies to do business with. If you like to set a moving company up to help you make your move & then have them not show up this is the company for you.

Great price and customer service. Scott personally scheduled and addressed all my questions before and during the move. Definitely will use again in the future.

Scott’s guys were quick and careful with moving my things. And they made an extra stop to donate items as well. Super helpful- I couldn’t have moved those heavy items down 3 flights of stairs without them. Pros the whole time. Thank you! Will recommend

STELLAR SERVICE!!! Scott himself showed up when he had staffing issues. Moved the entire place himself. Was diligent and communicative. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother moving transition. Best rates out there!! Stay away from the big scam corporations and give Scott a call! Thanks Scott !

Scott’s moving company was fantastic. Drivers were courteous, conscious of my belongings did not stop until the job was done. Would highly recommend this company to move.

Scott wasted my time, he came out gave me good rate and the morning of my move, some guy with his 13 yrs old son showed up to move my furniture. Guy’s son was small and weak looking and wouldn’t been able to lift my heavy furniture. If the kid wasn’t gotten hurt or dropped my furniture causing any damage then Scott only covers up to $500 max. I would never recommend him unprofessional and even the employee (Dad) cussed my son out after asking him to leave the job. We hired someone else who did amazing job. Beware of this company and don’t be fooled my the rate.

Scott’s moving company is the best in the St. Pete area. Affordable rates, quick movers, reliable people. They are careful with your belongings and won’t slow play you. Would hire again!

Excellent moving experience, highly recommended! Excellent communication before, during and following the move. Arrived on time and ready to get the job done. The only mistake I made was underestimating the time needed for the furniture they would be able to load. If I would have had more of my things ready to load upon their arrival it would've expedited the remainder of my move. Great service, great price, would use them again in the future.

Scotts Moving Company is great! The guys came and they moved quickly but they were very careful to not break anything or hit walls. It was an all day job and they were very sweet and kind. They did an absolute fantastic job!! I highly recommend if you need any type of moving done you call Scott’s Moving Company. You will be very pleased at the amazing job and fair prices. I called two days before needing my entire house moved and 2 days on the date they arrived. Now that’s service!! 10 stars!!!!
