For me admitting I had hearing problems was without a doubt difficult. The day came that I decided I had to do something about it. I went to a High Street company and had the test. I was shocked to say the least at the severity. I was trying to digest what I was being told (difficult because my hearing loss affects me hearing conversation) they then started to put hearing aids on me and I couldn’t take it. I was just a potential sale to them. I left without doing anything. I was then recommended to Scott Wroe hearing clinic. What a difference! I was a person. They listened to what I had to say. They gave me confidence to try hearing aids, but most importantly they took away my embarrassment of admitting I had a problem. The test was easy and thorough. Jon took the time to explain to me what was wrong. I decided to trial a pair of hearing aids. Wow!! They were amazing. I saw Jon every week for a few weeks until I was eventually given my own hearing aids. The service, professionalism and dare I say Kindness is second to none. Thank you Jon for making my life easier. I have had ear problems for as long as I can remember and have had treatment with various degrees of success in the past. I decided to visit Scott Wroe in Penarth following recommendations from friends and colleagues and had an appointment, consultation and microsuction carried out by Jonathan. Over the moon with the service provided by Scott Wroe Clinic. I had been suffering with ear wax, having rung around various establishments. Scott Wroe was very competitively priced. So I thought I would give them a try. I had never had anything like this done before, Scott was very informative about the procedures he was going to carry out. The clinic is very professional, clean and staff were friendly. My wax blockage was removed quickly and painlessly. All the technologies seemed brand new and up to date. I would highly recommend Scott Wroe to anyone looking for ear wax removal. 10/10.

After suffering with hearing loss for many years and being in crisis with severe tinnitus I rang Scot Wroe at 9:00 am on a Monday and spoke to the lovely Alison at reception, she was very friendly and understanding. I was not expecting to be seen for a while but I was very pleasantly surprised when John the audiologist offered to see me during his lunch break on the that day. I had my ear wax removed in a painless process by John who was so kind and professional. My quality of life improved immediately and I will always be grateful to John and Alison for their support. I can't speak highly enough of the Service my Dad had today. My Dad is blind and was suffering with hearing loss due to wax build up. As you can imagine, this presents a big problem for him. His local Dr couldn't help due to Covid-19 so we turned to Scott Rowe. We had an appointment within 24hrs, the care and thought around Covid-19 precautions were fantastic and the service they gave my Dad was perfect. He can now hear again and couldn't be happier.
