Scott Bird sets the standard for real estate agents! He was patient with us while we searched for and selected a home to purchase. Since we were moving from out of state, he helped deal with the logistics associated with the builder, home inspector, and many other issues that we weren't able to handle from afar. He's a great communicator and we would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Scott Bird is a “more than 5 stars” real estate agent. He’s not just good at his job, he's a good person. He’s steady, knowledgeable, present, and honest. He will work hard for you and he will really show up for you. He helped us sell our home in a really tough market and I could never recommend a better real estate agent. And he doesn’t use the tacky and borderline dishonest tactics I often see other agents use. I highly recommend Scott Bird!

Being new to Cedar City/St George, we were nervous about finding a good realtor without knowing anyone. Scott took great care of us in selling our house! He made sure we had great pictures taken for showing the house. He also communicated with us every step of the way. He helped us maneuver the requests of the buyers and set up a deal we felt good about. I had myriad questions and he was great at answering them or telling me he didn't know and finding out for me.
