Scooter Sales and Rentals

My son recently had appendix removal surgery and we thought a wheelchair was a great idea to keep our reservation for Gatlinburg area. The wheelchair was so handy. We only had a 4 day stay so rental was a great option. We very much appreciated it! I am not sure they were dusted / wiped down at all after others returned them. It looked a little questionable up close but the rental did everything we needed it to. It was great.

Visited Dollywood for 2 days was only able to rent one on line for our first day long walk from Lot A closest lot to entrance plus was $25 for Parking >Thankfully was able to rent much nicer scooter from these people was able to ride scooter to Transit authority and catch a trolly ro Dollywood and Drive straighr in to park and was muck closer to entrance.N ext trip we will straight here Thanks for your help

Very nice people. I was able to rent a wheelchair for my wife while we were on vacation. The price was fair and the chair was super helpful. We almost used Cloud of Goods but it didn't seem legit, and apparently is a broker with no local store. They wanted to charge us for a delivery that we did not need and it was necessary to fill out a bunch of personal info online before you could even get a price.. We were able to stop by this place and rent a chair and simply returned it on our last day. Perfect. We are pleased. They also have electric scooters.

The folks at this place were great. We found ourselves needing to rent a battery charger for a wheelchair while visiting Pigeon Forge. Scooter Sales and Rentals came thru for us with outstanding service. Highly recommend these folks.

When we rented the wheel chair it wasn’t cleaned and there was stuff in the back pouch. Also we were charged 5$ for a piece that was already broke. We rented it took it too Gatlinburg and bought it back. Make sure you look over whatever you rent from them before taking it.

Need a rental scooter NO Problem, they dissemble & reassemble easy, fits in most cars even a smart car. We absolutely ❤ the crew @ Scooter Sales & Rentals. They have always been helpful & super nice. They are easy to find on the parkway in Pigeon Forge. They also have a showroom floor with a wide variety of new scooters for purchase from small to large. Go by & check them out.

I love this place we rent from them every time we come in towm. Very reasonable price. Breakdown is easy

This place came in clutch this vacation! Had an accident and a member of our party took a spill at a Taco Bell and sprung their ankle. We were able to get them mobile in just a few minutes for only around $70 and had a whole day rental for a 300+lb capacity scooter. All of the rental scooters disassemble really easy but don’t let that fool you they are not flimsy. This large one fit into the back of our small trunk (2016 Chev Cruze) with no problem whatsoever. We were at the island for over 5 hours and the battery didn’t drop even a single tick, the claim a 14mi rage and I believe it! We were instructed to keep the setting at low speed and I was skeptical at first but this speed is actually faster than my the stride (and I walk fast!) The staff was extremely helpful! Hope to not HAVE to use them again, but if we WOULD need a rental scooter again and are in the area this is a MUST for mobility needs! They do sanitize each unit spraying it down from top to bottom after every use!
