They took over my prior waste removal company. They failed to show up multiple times. Called in to customer service they told a technician was on the way...again never showed pushed to next day...never showed.. The one time they claimed to provide service i returned home to find pooh still all over the yard. Don't waste your time with this place.

Mel is the best she has been doing my yard for over 2 years I believe and she does an awesome job I hate when she doesn't come she's the best plus all my dogs love her

My dogs love them! Totally love the closed fence pictures, love the email communications when there might be a problem due to weather conditions.

Mel services our yard very often and she always does a phenomenal job. We have a decent sized yard and 3 dogs and she always makes sure our yard is spotless. Her communication is also top tier and she’s always been very kind and patient with us when we have occasionally forgotten to leave our gate unlocked. They even offered to put a combination lock on our gate for free to help with access in and out of the backyard. Mel is the best & her customer service is above and beyond!

Without a doubt the best service around. Some could say, life saving! Literally and figuratively. While servicing our yard, the technician, Sean noticed a hissing sound and saw that it was coming from the gas meter and sent a video of it. Sure enough, had TWO gas leaks that we would’ve never known about. So not only did he help avoid a devastating outcome, he saved us money, and ensured the safety of my 3 dogs. But that’s not even all of it. On top of clearing my yard perfectly, he also brought up the trash can from the curb. I’ll cut out all other bills before I cancel Scoop Soliders
