We always have the best experience at Scooby Groom! Our pups, Luke and Leia, come out looking fresh, clean, and absolutely adorable every time. The groomers pay so much attention to detail, from their neat trims to their perfectly styled bow ties. We’ve tried a couple of different grooming services before, but none were as professional or as attentive as Scooby Groom. We are always satisfied here, and it clearly shows — this is already our 4th service with them. The shop is clean, welcoming, and professional, and the team is always gentle and caring with our pups. Thank you, Scooby Groom, for consistently keeping our fur babies looking their best. Highly recommended!

We took our girl here for the first time today and it was a great experience. Very efficient and professional, the staff were welcoming and thorough, and she looks great! We loved getting the report afterward telling us how everything went. We’ll definitely be back!

Paws Down, the Best Grooming Experience! I recently brought my dog here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about my pup’s comfort. The facility was clean, calm, and smelled fresh — a huge plus! My dog can be a little anxious during grooming, but the groomer took their time, was incredibly gentle, and kept me updated throughout the process. The cut was perfect — neat, stylish, and exactly what I asked for. They even added a cute little bow as a finishing touch, which was such a sweet surprise! What really impressed me was how relaxed and happy my dog looked afterward. You can tell they truly love what they do and treat every dog like their own. Highly recommend Scooby Groom to any pet parent looking for a professional, kind, and talented team. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Scooby staff was amazing, they actually spent more time making sure what we were looking for than any other groomer we have been to! She came out happy and looking adorable . She is usually jumping to go home but she was calm, which says a lot!! Thank you!! Highly recommend!

My rescue dog Kirby was initially scared of getting groomed. Scooby Groom helped him fall in love with grooming. He always comes out super clean and smelling amazing. Recently, Kirby was skunked. They helped remove the smell and Kirby is a happy boy again. The staff is super friendly and they love Kirby as he loves them! Just look at Kirby’s smile after his groom!

Extremely unprofessional business from start to finish. I had a terrible experience bringing my cat here. I was quite excited to bring my beautiful long haired cat here for a bath. She is a rescue and has some greasy areas so we wanted to give her a fresh start with a professional bath and brush out. The issues began before we even showed up for the appointment. The morning of our appointment, they asked me to come in at 12pm instead of 12:45pm that I had scheduled. I agreed, and then received a text confirming my appointment at 11:45am. I thought surely that was a mistake, and prepared to get there in time for my appointment at 12pm. At 11:52am, I received a call asking if we were coming to the appointment. How uncomfortable for me when I was not even late for my appointment, someone just logged it in their system for the wrong time. I found it confusing on their website what is for cats and what is for dogs, so I emailed them to confirm what I had booked was correct, to which they responded word for word as “Yes, that is correct.✅”. 2 separate people texting me confirming this appointment, I received 2 confirmations the days leading up to this appointment. Only when I showed up for the appointment, was I told what I had booked was incorrect (only for dogs) and what I needed was in fact almost DOUBLE the price of what I had booked. ($75 to $130) 10 minutes after we dropped her off, I received a text saying she was ready to be picked up. I immediately called them because I had only dropped her off 10 minutes prior, as I thought surely this was a mistake. On the phone, they told me they couldn’t bathe her and told me to come pick her up. That’s fine if you couldn’t bathe her, but more communication and options would have been very much appreciated. They soaked her with water and she supposedly freaked out, which is understandable if they couldn’t bathe her then, but this is where they stopped everything. They didn’t offer to do anything further - dry shampoo/wipe her instead, dry her, or even brush her (which are all options on their website). Instead of offering other services, they shoved my soaking wet cat in her carrier, so scared, and texted me that she was ready to be picked up. When we got home, she was SHIVERING and looked like a wet rat (pictures attached in this review). The lack of care taken for not only my cat, but for me as a customer, who trusted these people to care for my cat, is concerning. We also brought her here because they offered a teeth brushing service add on, which they didn’t even attempt according to the receptionist. When I asked if they could try, she said she wasn’t sure, and when we arrived to pick her up, of course they hadn’t brushed her teeth. Very long story short - we are out $75 and didn’t get anything that we came for. Sure, they completed some services (and made sure to charge us accordingly for those services!), but we would never have come if we didn’t want our cat bathed, DRIED and brushed, which absolutely did not happen. She looks worse than she did when we brought her there. What a horrible experience and waste of our Saturday afternoon.

Great experience. !! We resolved some miscommunication , and I’m please with the results. Figgy ( Persian cat ) looks and smells great. Our family had a good laugh about the bath picture. 😆 and report card. The bow was a sweet added touch. Overall A++.

This was my first time bringing my dog to scooby groom and I can honestly say I had the best experience ever! From the moment I booked, to the end. My dog came out looking like a whole new dog! I can honestly say this is the best groomers I’ve been to. Would highly recommend 🩷 your pet will be in great hands!
