They are amazing. They were only ones that took the time to listen to us and help ger our case resolve.
Saul was great. He helped us from the start to the end. The lawyers to the staff always attentive and sympathetic to our needs. If I ever need legal representation again, they will be my lawyer of choice.
We are more than grateful and appreciative to them.

Details of feedback to business:
1. More proactive communication.
2. Allow Lawyer to meet with client earlier.
3. Timely delivery of documents and payments.
4. Ensure clear understanding of client asks.
5. Potentially less hand offs internally.
Overall my experience was...OK, but nothing to write home about. My case was settled as it should have been and have to give props for that. However, there were some misses along the way which is why I am giving 2 stars.
