Schraer Heating & Air Conditioning

Schraer had a crew install a whole new system AC Furnace and HeatPump into my house. The crew was fantastic. They did their job professionally and even installed two long runs of electrical wiring and they did a great job. I was very pleased with the job they did. The only issue I had was with setting up the date and time the crew would come to do the job. I took a vacation day to meet them on the day we agreed they would start. And they didn’t show up. They did however show up on the next day. Overall I was very pleased with this company and the work they did.

Furnace stopped heating and I called Schraer heating and cooling in Warrenton. They were able to get a tech scheduled to come out the next day jn the morning when I was available. Cole arrived and was able to quickly diagnose my unit and give me a accurate picture of the costs to repair it as well as give me a clear picture of where the unit was in it’s operational lifespan. Cole did a fantastic job.

Cole was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend him for HVAC service! We will need to replace our system so the price paid for this visit isn’t reflective of what is yet to come, but he showed me exactly where the issues are and this reinforces my positive image of Schraer as a company of integrity and excellent customer service!

I highly recommend using Schraer. We had a maintenance checkup for our heat pump air conditioner. Cole W. Was fantastic. Since there was still snow on the ground he put on protective covers over his shoes to make sure he didn't leave a mess. He made some very good recommendations for our system to make sure it performed like it was intended. The professionalism that he exhibited was a reminder that he truly cares about his job.

All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE in the past five years or maybe even more I have had three or more different services and always felt that I was being taken advantage of. I can honestly say I have been very very pleased with Schraer HVAC Company, started late 2025 they came out and it’s been nothing but amazing very fair every service Teck has done above and beyond what I have expected. Anyone who is possibly looking for a new HVAC company you have to give them an opportunity to show you how good of a company they are. Cole is a great tech Alex is amazing each one of their staff members that’s been here has done above and beyond. Very happy customer 😊

Excellent service, from the initial quote through the final installation. Prices were competitive, warranty is unmatched (hopefully we won't need to use it though) and quality was great. Looking forward to a long-term relationship with Schraer and their employees.

Cole and Dan came to work on a problem that I have had on my heat pump for a while now. The heat pump was going straight to backup even in warm weather. The guys quickly ascertained that it was a problem with the settings and made the adjustments and the system is working correctly now. They were both exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks.

We found ourselves in urgent need of replacing our gas water heater. Schraer came recommended. They were able to help get this replaced in a very timely manner. Alex and Luke came out and did an amazing jobs. They were both very professional and personable. They walked me through their work and explained what I needed to know about the water heater. I will definitely recommend them and if in need I will call them again.

Cole was knowledgeable, friendly, and took care to protect our floors. We’re very happy with the Lennox heat pump (propane aux heat). Schraer installed four years ago. Saving a ton on energy over our old system.

Chris was fantastic! He took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and had our system up and running again quickly. Great service and very knowledgeable technician! Highly recommended!!
