Im not usually one to leave reviews. However, my experience here was with taking the time to leave one. I have worked in the customer service / hospitality industry for almost two decades and I can be critical when it comes to how I'm handled as a client. This firm, and more specifically, Todd and his team earned my trust. They handled my case with the highest professionalism and made it feel personalized at the same time. They kept me informed throughout the process and answered all of my questions. I am so beyond grateful that they answered the call and helped me to get well and made whole again. I would recommend this firm to any and everyone.
