We had a great experience using Nick as our real estate agent when purchasing our new home. He was familiar with buying from Open Door, a national home seller, and kept us apprised of its idiosyncrasies. He offered a wonderful home inspector and managed to use that inspection to get us a $16k reduction in the price.
