⭐ 1 Star Review My experience with Fillipo was an absolute nightmare. He completely botched my SMP treatment and left me with a result so bad that I now need laser removal just to repair the damage. This is not just poor work — it’s reckless and shows a complete lack of skill. When I confronted him about the disaster he created, instead of acting professionally and taking responsibility, he refused to offer me a refund or even acknowledge the mess he made. His attitude was dismissive, arrogant, and downright unprofessional. This man should not be trusted with something as permanent as SMP. His work has caused me stress, embarrassment, and additional expense, and it’s clear he cares more about taking money than delivering proper results, he has refused to give me my full refund as well providing details of his license to practice in haringey. ⚠️ If you value your appearance, your money, and your peace of mind, stay far away from Fillipo. Update* I was offered laser by Fillipo to remove his botched work and start again as he told me I cannot get my refund despite me not being happy but he will provide laser removal as he has a work colleague that is a laser tech. He works in a barbershop no laser tech to be seen or equipment, in time when chased and asked when is my laser appointment he was reluctant to tell me or even where I was going to be seen to get laser removal done.
