I just went this morning first time as my receipt says Julio was the one taking care of me in the office. He's horrible and so rude. He started saying how next time to tell my husband to come instead of me because I clearly didn't know what I was doing. Again first time here and he has the most horrible attitude I ever meet. He charged me wrong first and then refunded me because he got it wrong. Instead of explaining and just given the service he should give he was straight disrespectful. Not sure if he was the owner or a worker but either way, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Talking about if next time I communicate in english It would have been better.. When all the people that buy from him are Hispanics..

Customer service Gilma was very nice and helpful. The fork lift drivers were slow . I feel it could have been a bit quicker so that we could get back to our. Job site.

The guy in the front desk got really frustrated when I was asking for help. It was odd because it's Valentine's Day, must mean he's not getting lucky not our fault though, he should just do his job and not lose his cool, like he lost his hair. Point of the story I just wanted to know the prices and he flipped out for no reason. Check his ass

Besides the $550 refundable deposit this place is great. Just be prepared for the deposit which if you're a company shouldn't be a problem, but for the handy homeowner it may present a problem.

Absolutely terrible Company. My scaffolding deck platform came with an end completely ripped off and unusable. Absolutely terrible that they would keep this in inventory yet alone sell it to someone at full price. Customer service has yet to get back to me. Disgraceful
