Excellent service and punctuality. The water slide was perfect for our party and was delivered before the time promised, they even allowed us to keep it overnight at no extra charge. The person they sent to set up the slide was fast, efficient and extremely nice. Same with the gentleman who came to pick it up. We ordered the 12 ft tropical water slide and it worked out more than fine for adults. Overall great experience and very much worth the price. Will be using them again!

We have rented white garden chairs for two different events, one in October & again for my baby shower this past weekend. Both experiences were seamless! It was super easy to book which rentals I needed online, then got a phone call the week of my events to confirm time / drop off location, and chairs were delivered and picked up on time. 11/10 experience!

I put this family business to the ultimate test, and they earned every star I gave them. Less than 2 weeks after Hurricane Helene, with trees down in front of their warehouse, and with my....... "MUST BE DELIVERED BY 7am !!! " timeline. Dan was right on time with the Tent, Tables, and Chairs. To make things more challenging for him, I needed a 15x15 tent set up on a deck with a 15x15 footprint. He did jokingly say, I now hold the record for the tightest squeeze, and yet he had that tent set up in a short amount of time. The tent and the chairs were all clean and ready for guests. My only suggestion to the business would be to provide some type of covers for the big white water barrels. I improvised with some white sheets, and all went well. Dan even came back for pick-up and disassembly on a Holiday. I strongly recommend this family business. Timely, professional, and reasonable pricing. While I WILL NOT be getting married again, I will call SC Party Rentals for needed equipment for any type of party.

I rented a generator and inflatable from SC Party Rentals for use on Saturday, November 9, 2024. Shortly after the inflatable was delivered and set up by the company that day, it partially inflated. The children who attended my event were unable to use the inflatable because of this. I spent $457.10 for use of their generator and inflatable, and was told I would be reimbursed for this inconvenience. I was also informed by the owner - in writing - that I would be mailed a check. To date, I have yet to be reimbursed. No check ever came in my mail. I offered to come pick up the check as well. However, I have not been given an opportunity to do so or granted the ability to do so. As a second time customer, I would have thought this company would treat their customers with more respect and consideration especially when we - as consumers - work hard for the income we earn and spend. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I truly feel taken advantage of and disregarded, and I don’t believe any customer should be treated in this manner. Thank you for your response. I’ll provide an update if the company does mean what they say in their response below and the I am made whole for being unable to use the equipment paid for to SC Party Rentals. As of May 13, 2025 - nearly 6 months after this incident - I have not received a refund or been contacted back about the money that was spent without any use of the product (although I’ve reached out continuously). Please do yourself a service and do not rent from this company.

We rented a water slide for my daughter’s 6th birthday party. The staff was very communicative and professional. They arrived in a timely manner to drop off and pick up the slide, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. We will definitely be using SC Party Rentals again for any inflatable needs in the future!

Had a last minute hiccup for an event and SC party rentals saved the day immediately. The communication & delivery/pick up was so easy. 10/10 recommend & we will definitely use more of their services for future events. Thank you so much sc party rentals!!

Employees showed up on time and were very efficient in setting up equipment. Equipment was clean and in good working order. They returned at the predetermined pickup time promptly. I or my colleagues have used this company approximately 6-7 times and will continue to do so. They communicate very well and prices are affordable.

Item quality was very good! They set up quickly. Note you have to have your own ice if you rent the sno cone machine.

First time we’ve ever rented a bounce house, these guys are the best! They came and set up hours before party which was a plus! Didn’t take no time. My granddaughter and her friends had the best time! Ty guys!!

SC party rentals was a great addition to my party last weekend! The owner worked with me on what I needed. The prices are reasonable and we had the inflatable pretty much all day. The technician that set it up came a little before 11 and then came to take it down a little after 7 so technically we had it longer than the specified hours. I highly recommend this place if you’re in need of inflatables.
