Jacob serviced the heating/ air conditioning unit this morning. Very kind very informative very helpful fella. I appreciate all of Chris’s employees. Jacob was especially informative, clean and careful of his maintenance and my home. Thank you, Jacob so much.!!! I am part of their biannual Customer Service bronze package… I really appreciate it as they call and remind me twice a year when they’re going to come so I don’t have to think about it. When it’s time for a service, I receive a call. I schedule the appointment time and for the last several years everything has been smooth and wonderful. Having this bronze package has been really fantastic!! Thank you!!

Fast service, on time the technician explained very well how the system works and is available anytime for consultations

My mom’s compressor was not working, it was done! The technician Jaime and another helper came out and took out the old compressor and installed the new one. There were a few issues with work a prior ac company did and the tech’s solved the issues and repaired everything. The air is working great and in fact my mom gets too cold so the temperature has to be adjusted for her. Thanks Air Force!!

Ilia from Cooling & Heating Repair did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Trouble shooted right away, went and got the part and came back when he said he would.Fixed my furnace problem and it works great!

The technician was late, to top it off he seemed more focused on rushing through the job than actually fixing anything. He replaced a part without explaining what it was or why it failed. Less than 24 hours later the air conditioner stopped cooling again. I called the office and was told I’d have to pay for a second visit. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Guys came fast and fix my AC for less than 2 hours! All other companies were giving me estimates for replacing the unit. I bought service plan for 2 years with this company and I believe all my problems with AC and Appliances in the past!
