SB Builders Group installed a new deck, which included a last-minute addition of a pergola, on my house in April 2025. The whole team was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, punctual, polite, flexible, hard-working, and demonstrated due diligence to complete the project in a timely manner despite all the rain delays we experienced this year. We discussed several renditions of the deck design and they were very flexible and responded quickly to last minute questions, and design and material changes I requested. They provided detailed contract itemizing costs for both labor and material and kept account for Change Orders due to last-minute changes. They delivered all building material on-time and kept me informed on dates, and time and costs. They obtained all the necessary permits and met with the building inspector for the various stages of inspection. As a result, there were no inspection issues resulting in delays and the final inspection was completed successfully and without any issues. I cannot say enough about the excellence of SB Builders Group and the professionalism in which it is operated. It was truly a pleasure working with the entire team and I highly recommend them to future projects. I would definitely hire them again should the need ever arise.

Shane and his crew did an excellent job on our deck replacement. He did a good job keeping me informed through all phases of the project and delivered on time despite the extreme heat and humidity that the team had to deal with. Tools were stowed away and the worksite was cleaned up at the end of each day. I highly recommend SB Builders!

Shane and his team are an exception to typical builders! We were looking to have a deck and hardscape patio with walkway added to the back of our home. We interviewed 3 builders including Shane at Braxton Builders, from the get go Shane “got us” and knew exactly the vibe we were going for. Shane was easy to work with, he gave pictures of the project with different options which helped in deciding the design and cost. His ideas in design were spot on, the professionalism he exudes in the process was unmatched compared to others we interviewed especially the contract as he gives three options regarding levels of products used which gives the customer leverage in understanding cost. His team were all respectful to the homeowner and property: they always came on time, cleaned up daily, could answer questions and always explained the process-the entire crew worked as one unit and were efficient. Although Shane is the mastermind of this company, his crew was awesome and followed his professionalism taking expert care from beginning to end, building our space into a beautiful relaxing area that we love being in daily and looking at through winter months! We have referred Braxton Builders to friends for a back deck and front porch rebuild, they have received the same quality work and were both happy with their entire experience! SB Builders completed our new deck a few weeks ago and it looks great! The work is highly professional and so were the workers! SB Builders was great to work with from beginning to end. Very detailed and listened to everything we wanted for our back yard project. They were very receptive to feedback during the process and very flexible when alterations to the plan arose. Execution of work was very good and coordinated well with other contractors.
