We had an issue with our LG dishwasher 3 years old. The technician diagnosed it is a circulation pump. He replaced the pump right away. He did an excelent job and explained everything about that problem. We will call them again, hope not son.

Alex showed up on time and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator quickly. He had the necessary parts on his truck, and was able to fix my fridge in less than an hour. Alex also reprogrammed my ice maker and now it's working great. I've used Alex's services before and he was awesome that time as well. He's clean, courteous and knowledgeable. He wears hospital booties over his shoes so he doesn't dirty your floors. He cleans everything up, and after he leaves it's like he was never there. Repaired leak caused by our Bosch dishwasher. Alex, the service tech, diagnosed the issue and offered a solution having the part necessary with him. Based on this experience, we would recommend SB appliance repair. Same day service which was a pleasant surprise. Also, fixed the noise in our refrigerator door free. Diagnosis was a loose screw in a hinge. Alex had the special tool required and solved the annoying ping sound everytime the door opened. No leaks and no noise. Thank you.
