Improved airflow planning was completed on Sand Key Court to support the finished basement and first-floor layout. New supply and return duct runs were installed for the office, bedroom, bar, bathroom, and laundry areas to provide balanced comfort throughout the space. Existing return and supply ducts were rerouted to avoid soffit construction while maintaining efficient airflow. Dryer and bathroom ventilation were properly routed outdoors, and all ductwork was prepared for final grille installation. 🌡️
