We had a huge beech crash down on top of an oak! We were passed Jack’s number and he was out to assess the situation almost immediately. The job was huge and he and the boys did a fabulous job over several days including saving hedging that had been brought down with the root ball-pictures to show enormity of job. Jack and his team were amazing! From the quotation to completing the work. They were really respectful of the house and the garden, especially considering 3 massive trees had to come through the kitchen! We have been very impressed with their work and found their quotation fair compared to the other 2 that we received. Jack gave 2 quote options to help keep costs down and even though the 'manageable sizes' that have been cut are too big for me to lift he has agreed to come back and cut them smaller which is really great service. We will 100% be getting Jack and his team back for all our other trees! Go to tree surgeon!

Jack and the team did a great job removing a number of trees in our new overgrown garden, including 3 huge conifers and reshaping some of those remaining. At the end of the job, everything was left very tidy. Would definitely use again and happily recommend!

Jack Sayer and his team completed a major tree and hedge removal/trimming programme as part of our house refurbishment project. Throughout the project we were delighted with the quality of work carried out and the methodical approach taken at each stage - from the initial quotation through to completion of the work. I was particularly impressed by the range of equipment Jack had at his disposal and the level of skill/experience each member of his team had. Having Jack’s professional friendly consultation from Sayers Tree Service was a great experience, followed by a superb, respectful service. As totally naïve gardeners, we had let the trees grow far too much, the garden was getting darker, the plants were growing horizontally rather than vertical. Some of the trees required a great deal of maintenance trimming. Jack gave us advice & his professional approach to our garden, was truly great, even spotting & showing us a nesting pigeon high in one of our trees when they were up there trimming & took care not to disturb her. His team were as professional, making sure we were happy with the recommendation’s, before & during the cutting and as a bonus we had all the trees & plants identified for us, so we can google now & understand what we have. The clearing up was also fantastic, in the heat, they worked all day without complaining. The garden looks beautiful, feels more alive, a lot lighter now & we will see Jack in two years’ time, perhaps in the winter which he recommends so he can see any crossed branches. Jack and his team removed a fallen oak tree from my front garden. They were polite, courteous and respectful. Especially considering how close to my house the tree had fallen. The work was carried out skillfully, efficiently and safely. Afterwards the site was left in a clean state.
