Overview:
This project involved transforming a large Georgian property in Edinburgh. The homeowners had planned to downsize but instead found a bigger home full of potential. It needed expert builders to bring that potential to life — and make the process as smooth as possible.
What was needed:
The home required a full renovation across two floors, including reconfigurations, structural updates, and insulation for an air source heat pump. The clients knew it would be a big job — they just needed the right team to make it feel manageable.

From the first meeting, we built trust with a friendly, honest approach. Working closely with their architect, we held regular site meetings and stayed in touch daily. Whether it was tricky joinery or layout changes, we made decisions feel simple and collaborative.
