Sisay came to my home to take my nervous 2 year olds bloods. He was wonderful. Quick as a flash, and before he knew it bloods were done and he was picking his lolly and sticker. Highly recommend. Great value for such a service.

I would like to give a big thank you to Ashlee phlebotomist for the wonderful job she did with my kid. She was incredibly patient, gentle and kind. This was such an incredible service! My illness makes it difficult for me to leave the house especially when having to do a fasting test. This was so easy! Sisay was so friendly and professional, it took no more than 15 mins and it was all complete. I have very difficult veins as well so they used an ultrasound machine and no issues at all. Very affordable price when on a disability pension. Would 100% recommend and will be getting this service again for sure!

With recommendations through our doctor, we went ahead and booked Saturn Pathology to come to our home for our 2 year olds blood test, we were met with Nami, Normally my daughter will hide from strangers but she gravitated towards Nami Instantly, Being my daughter‘s first ever blood test I was very anxious to see how it all would go but Nami was great kind soul and very good at getting it. The first go. Thank you very much, Nami. I will definitely continue to book the home service from now on.

We had a wonderfully streamline experience thanks to Kate who came out from Saturn Pathology to take blood for our 7 and 4 yo. The VR goggles worked a treat and had my 4yo giggling through the experience. Kate was considerate, calm, and extremely caring. So grateful for this service, a very positive experience. She was professional, calm, friendly, and patient, and instantly put my son at ease. The VR goggles were brilliant; he didn’t even flinch! Luca was so proud of his certificate and lollipop. We’re beyond grateful to Michelle and the team and will definitely reach out again! Highly recommend! 💙

Such a great service for little ones. My 4 year old son had a blood test today, and Nami was great! She was so friendly and helped him stay very calm from start to finish. My son barely felt it (we did prep with numbing cream), not a single tear! He was also very happy with his lollipop and certificate for being brave!! Will be using this service for my kids every time!

I would like to thank Pathologist Sisay for doing my daughter’s blood test with great care. He was gentle, patient and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the process. His calm and friendly approach helped her stay relaxed, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness.
