Amazing team! Brilliant service! Our car was recovered yesterday and they were with us so quickly. Everything was sorted really efficiently and without any hassle. The team were super friendly and helpful, and honestly gave the best customer service we’ve ever had. On top of that, the price was unbeatable. Couldn’t recommend them enough absolute lifesavers! We initially called a couple companies but they all said they couldn’t do it but satellite recovery had no issue, they came with the correct equipment and got us back home. Thank you!!!!

Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond! We can’t thank satellite recovery 24/7 enough for their incredible service in the early hours of the morning. After breaking down and being left stranded by the RAC, over 65 miles from our destination, they came to our rescue quickly, and with such professionalism and kindness. Not only did they tow our car a long distance without hesitation, but they also went out of their way to help us drop our luggage at the hotel, get the car safely to the garage and even took me back to the hotel. Something they didn’t have to do, but did anyway to make our stressful situation a lot easier. Reliable, friendly, and truly dedicated to helping people when they need it most. If you ever find yourself in a tough spot, this is the recovery service you want by your side. Highly recommended!

Avoid this company at all costs. My experience was extremely disappointing and felt deceptive. They initially provided a quote and booked the job, but at the last minute—when they knew I was in a difficult position—they drastically increased the price. On top of that, they demanded a deposit before any work was done. It felt like their only goal was to make as much money as possible, regardless of fairness or integrity. I strongly advise others to be very cautious. In my opinion, their practices are unethical and misleading.Completely scammed

Nothing but the best recovery company around! We’ve been stuck several times now, and with breakdown cover with insurance being a massive scam - £600 per year extra and I can’t even be recovered from home if my car dies on my drive?? However satellite are so professional (and affordable!) that on the two occasions I had broken down this year, they were with me within 20 mins, and got me out of trouble promptly! I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, and promptness. Thank you guys!

Nice guys and good service. Was able to book a recovery a few days in advance and they kept in contact throughout the recovery on the day, confirming drop off at the garage. Would use them again.
