Role: HR Executive / HR Generalist (Healthcare / Home Care)
Location: Mylapore, Chennai — local team, supportive work culture
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in HR / Business Administration / Management. (MBA-HR preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years HR experience (healthcare/home-care preferred). Freshers with strong HR fundamentals & communication considered with training.
Core Skills: Recruitment & staffing (nurses, caregivers, therapists, admin), onboarding & training, payroll & attendance, PF/ESI compliance, grievance handling, employee engagement. Must be fluent in English & Tamil.
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & interviewing candidates, managing contracts & employee records, creating rosters/shift schedules, monitoring staff performance, conducting training on patient care & safety, coordinating manpower planning, handling payroll/leave/incentives.
