I’m the recently elected President of our HOA in Green Valley AZ. I’ve been the chairman of the street committee for 3 years and have been working with paving contractors the whole time. Finally we received a quote from Sarver Asphalt that we could work with within our budget. Eddie gave me a list of referrals we could go assess. Four of our Directors spent about 5 hours driving through Tucson to look at 5 installations from 1 to 8 years old. We met a few of the owners and they all gave Sarver Asphalt a “thumbs up”! A great family company to work with! Our pavement was over 25 years old and really needed an improvement, Eddie suggested a 2.5” overlay. They spent 4 days paving and I watched the whole process from start to finish! They didn’t skimp on product. The whole team was incredible to work with! Eddie, Stephen, and the Sarver Asphalt team re-did our driveway last week. We couldn't be happier with the experience, from start to finish. To start, it was really difficult to find reliable firms for this project. We had many folks not return our calls and/or back out on the project, for various reasons. To the contrary, one day after submitting a request-for-quote, Eddie reached back out and set up an appointment to meet me. We reviewed the project during that appointment, and Eddie gave me a fair assessment and a fair price the next day. After signing, Eddie and I were in consistent communication, which was much appreciated as my wife and I have difficult schedules to balance. On the week of the project, Eddie and team came out 3 days before it started to do a final walk-through and talk through the next steps. It gave me plenty of time to let the neighbors know as well, who later complimented the team of being respectful of traffic and not blocking driveways. The project itself was executed on-time, without hiccups, and with very high quality. It was a difficult project, with everything being on a grade, but the team still did an outstanding job. My wife and I are very pleased with the results, and multiple neighbors and friends have complimented it as well. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Sarver Asphalt, and we highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a residential asphalt project!

I have been meaning to write a review back in May, 2024, when I was fortunate enough to find Sarver Asphalt resurfacing a neighbor's driveway on the west side of Tucson. Life has slowed a bit and I need to review this good contractor. I simply asked for an estimate and after some measuring I was provided a quote which I thought was fair. What made things even better was that they were able to start the work that same day! That was a bonus!! Simply put, they were courteous and they did a very good job of resurfacing a crumbling mess that I had to deal with and they cleaned up afterwards! Good job, good guys, fair price!

Two of my neighbors and I had 3 driveways to pave. Eddie made a point of contacting each one of us to keep us updated on dates and such. I was splitting the cost of one of the driveways with one of my neighbors. Eddie went to the trouble of billing us separately, which we appreciated very much. He told us we were going to need about 2.5 inches, and when he was done it was closer to 3.5 inches. More in some spots. They were done with everything in two days. I am very impressed with Eddie and his crew. Every single one of them were were courteous and professional. I absolutely recommend using these guys for your paving needs. I have a couple of other projects coming up and will be calling them again.

An incredibly competent business from start to finish. Eddie communicated the parameters of the project clearly up front with benefits of several options, coordinated with my schedule, and the day of the very involved job, brought a crew of polite and proficient workers. The completed driveway was meticulously executed and honestly, looked really beautiful. Eddie will follow through if there are any residual questions or concerns and the work warrantied. Ignored the sign at the only entrance to my neighborhood that says, "NO SOLICITING." Then proceeded to ignore the second sign on my personal gate that says "NO SOLICITING" to walk up to my door and leave litter on my door. Even if I wanted your service, what makes you think I would hire your company when you either can't read or can read and chose to ignore not only my request but the request of the neighborhood?

Look no further if you need new Asphalt or old asphalt freshened up these guys are really great to work with. These guys are very professional from start to finish. I have used them on a few properties we manage including a property I own on Mt Lemmon that was a big dirt parking lot. They did an amazing job leveling the parking lot and laying down new Asphalt to tie in with the road and wall etc. I plan to use them on a property I own in Pinetop in the future when they make a trip out that way to do other jobs. Avoid this asphalt company. We hired them to lay asphalt at our property in Morgan, Utah, and the results were extremely disappointing. Within a year, the asphalt began to crumble, weeds started growing through the surface, dirt was starting to show, and we discovered the layer was only 1/4 inch thick—far from the 2 inches they had promised. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, including several voicemails, we never received a response or any effort to correct the issue. Based on our experience—and after reading other reviews that describe similar problems—I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Sarver Asphalt rejuvenated our old driveway. They patched where needed and repaved the entire driveway. It looks like new! The job is now 6 months old and it looks as good as the day they finished. We had them seal coat the area just this past week to keep it in good shape. The Sarver crew is professional and pleasant to work with. Importantly, they show up when they say they are going to and get the job done. They’re licensed, bonded and insured. I checked and their ROC is clean, which is not surprising having experienced the quality of their work. The pricing was fair and we paid the entire amount on completion.
