This place is a scam. I ordered some east German grips and two magazines for my Makarov. The grips arrived broken and the magazines don't even fit my circle 10 Bulgarian Makarov...not exactly a rare specimen for a Makarov. Cost me a few dollars...but I learned my lesson. Don't let it cost you. Buy elsewhere.

I can’t even say enough good things about this store. They have an amazing collection of surplus arms at very reasonable prices. I can stay here all day just looking. If you’re tired of gun show tables trying to rip you off, go here!

If you buy from these guys make sure you absolutely do not need to return the item. I returned an item and they have received it over two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a refund. Emailed them and they said the refund was issued the next day and told me that it usually takes about a week before I will see my money. Well after two weeks of waiting still nothing, they tell me to just wait. A payment refund should not take that long to process and the delay has nothing to do with my bank, it is solely them being slow and not wanting to issue the money back.

Ordered some parts, one of which arrived missing the steel clip to hold it into place. Emailed them, and they sent a replacement part quickly and free of charge. Great customer service. I've ordered several times and never been disappointed.

Should have read the reviews first... I ordered a gun and provided all the info to my preferred and local FFL, including Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email. Despite having all the info for my FFL, they used Google and chose a similarly named shop. Unfortunately that FFL is nearly 1.5 hours from me. The FFL they sent it to called me and were happy to ship it to the correct shop, but understandably needed shipping covered. It took Sarco days to return my emails and agree to pay for shipping. Then they repeatedly said they could never reach the FFL to by phone. This despite having the FFL's email where they could have simply sent a prepaid shipping label. Sarco told me I needed to keep calling the shop so that I could arrange a call between the two..(?) I called the FFL several times, they answered every time within a few rings. The FFL tried calling Sarco for me (no one ever answered they said) and emailed them, requesting the shipping label. Finally, 3 weeks after ordering and paying, Sarco said they sent the corrected shipping label to the FFL. But, a week later and I still have no information on where the gun is or when/if it will arrive at my requested FFL.

Honestly do I think this review will change anything no but I’ll share my experience anyway. Originally I stopped at this shop because of a vague 1903s drop they had. Before I drove out of my way to check them out I email the place with couple I thought were simple question and got blown off. So fine I’ll go to the store. Walk in say good morning to the only employee and get nothing back from the kid. Cool….. so I start looking at everything they have ww2 related that I can see without go behind desk. Figured the guy would ask me if I needed help nope….. look around for good amount of time at all the displays and I did find the 1903s in the open rack and couple No. 4 Mk 1s. Afterwards couple things jumped out at me but why should I have to do the work to spend my money? So I left, one thing better than buying a gun is keeping your money. Especially not giving it to business that doesn’t give a damn. If you want a free museum visit with historical weapons here’s your place. I won’t buy anything from them. Thank god for gunbroker.

I really can’t complain about the quality of the items offered. Top notch at… decent pricing overall. Besides firearms there’s a large selection of other military equipment such as a small assortment of helmets, gas masks, holsters, and other such paraphernalia. The staff seem to be perpetually bothered by something. Not outright rude but a very noticeable tone to be frank. Regardless one of the better surplus stores in PA.

Wanted to like this place but I have to be honest. I've ordered from most of the shops that have online sales with military surpluss or gun stuff. Rarely had a bad experiance. I recently ordered from them. Could tell They could care less about customer service. Just pay more money send it back to us and we will give You a return. Productbitself is mis represented So They lie out the gate. I was so excited to see about what They could offer and wanted to be a regular customer. My first purchase was a veterans day gift to self but I learned not to Buy from them and to inform others before making the mistake. If They were willing to communicate and make it right I would of left an awesome review. I would of made some large purchases for a tv show Iam the purchase agent for airing on Amazon next year.

They have cool stuff, but straight up lie about condition of used items on their site. I ordered a Hi Power in “very good” condition with a “very good plus” bore. I got one missing a recoil spring guide with tons of rust spots and scratches…

I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service at the gun store. The staff's politeness and knowledge made my visit enjoyable and informative. Their willingness to assist and provide insights on various firearms demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. I was so pleased with my experience that I'm already looking forward to returning. The positive atmosphere and helpful staff have made this store a favorite of mine, and I can't wait to explore more in the future. - Robert
