Sarah Drew - State Farm Insurance Agent

In 2025, as the president of a small condo association in Verona, I switched our association insurance from a local insurance to the Sarah Drew State Farm agency and experienced > 50% savings. More importantly I was so impressed with the agent I worked with--Kim Smith--that I changed all my home, auto, and umbrella insurance to her State Farm agency. Kim is very knowledgeable, patient, honest, and takes the time to explain policy options--no "hard sell" tactics. No feeling in meetings with her that she's pressed for time/trying to rush the meeting to an end. I truly feel she enjoys what she is doing, sincerely gets to know her clients (no fake friendship), and communicates well. She does what she says she'll do! Although fortunately we haven't had any need for claims experience, I am very pleased with the Drew Agency and would highly recommend KIm Smith!
