I'd encourage you to do a scan of your personal space, pick one surface area or drawer to declutter and notice how it shifts your energy as a result.
My guess is that the simple process of organising the space/s you spend the bulk of your time in, will help improve your self-talk before we even start implementing other mindset shifts!
