Sarah Combs was recommended to me after my father had a good experience working with her, and Sarah has been an absolute angel through the entire process of selling our old home and moving into a new one. We had some of the worst buyers one can imagine, causing delay after delay, but Sarah was patient, helped guide us through the process, and went above and beyond to negotiate and get us to the closing table. She was always there to answer any questions I had, and gave incredibly good advice throughout the process, turning one of life's most stressful endeavors into an overall pleasant experience. I truly cannot recommend Sarah Combs as a realtor enough.
