My husband and I decided it was time to “get things in order” as we are not getting any younger.
I did some research and learned Sara Barnett would be a good choice for us to use in our estate planning, will, selecting our POA and our living will.
We made an appointment and met Sara at her office in Jackson.
Sara is the kind of person you can easily talk to from the first time you meet her. She explained in detail every aspect of estate planning, the difference types of trusts and how to choose what we want.
I am happy to say we have finished and have a very nice notebook containing everything we decided on. I know our children will not have to worry about anything because it was decided and put in writing with both of us signing the documents.
We feel relieved to have this done. I highly recommend Sara Barnett, Estate Planning Attorney.
