The usual litigation limitation dates were suspended in British Columbia as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic meaning the deadline you did have in the last year might have been extended to this month.
But note - the suspension is ending very soon this month on or about 25 March 2021. This suspension - and its end - of the normal litigation deadlines means two things:
1. You might NOT have missed the deadline to file your court claim eg for compensation for injuries or a debt owed or for breach of contract, etc;
2. Your extended deadline to file a Claim might now be in just days!!
