I hired Mr.Santiago for a new roof, he made the process very easy and was very detailed oriented about his work, His crew worked fast and efficiently not to mention cleaned up very nicely! Defiantly would recommend!

Marvin was excellent had a decking needing to be rebuilt since it was falling apart Marvin pointed out things I was missing he was very fair on price no complaints from me will definitely be using again in the future

Mr Santiago did a wonderful job touching base with me from the second he arrived till the end he did my job 2 days after he came to give me a price very precise and efficient will definitely use Santiago’s again this next for home renovations in the near future.

Recently Hired Mr.Santiago for a siding job he also repaired my deck I had a couple boards lose it came out fabulous will recommend to anyone in my neighborhood very professional from start to finish. He won’t over everything very thoroughly I had a lot of questions every single one was answered he is a very knowledgeable young man.

We recently hired Santiago Roofing & Renovation to repair a 20 year old deck for us in Asheville, NC. Unfortunately the experience and product was awful. None of the work on the deck was to code after repeatedly calling and texting with specific photos and videos to Mr. Santiago of all that needed to be done to bring it to code and code compliance written into the signed contract. The deck lacked flashing against the house in multiple places, the stairs were uneven and crooked, the railings were not to code, boards were cut unevenly, etc. Bottom line is we are left with a bigger mess than we started with and now have to completely tear up what was done incorrectly and pay a new builder to redo the deck without any refund from Mr. Santiago. Run from this company.
