Ive had nothing but great experiences here. Ive sold some items and received great prices. They have also done some jewelry work on my wife's wedding ring and it came out great, they gave me a great price on it as well! Steve,Taylor, & Mario have all been super kind, super helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to help out. They are knowledgeable, welcoming. I will use them for all my jewelry needs. I came in to sell some jewelry from a past relationship and honestly had no idea what to expect since I’ve never sold jewelry before. The owner took the time to look at each piece, gave me his honest opinion, and explained what he could and couldn’t offer. What I appreciated most was that I never once felt taken advantage of. He was straightforward about what was worth selling and even recommended keeping one of my watches because he said he wouldn’t be able to offer much for it. On top of that, he cleaned the watch for me for free. That small gesture meant a lot. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and professionalism. I’d absolutely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a fair and transparent experience.

We stopped in at the Santee Jewelry & Loan location at Fanita Dr. and Mission Gorge Rd. to check the offer prices for some silver rounds, gold and platinum pieces. After talking with Mario, we left to compare with other shops elsewhere, but at the end of the day, Mario was right, they do pay the best prices. Mario was very efficient in checking the weights and composition of the metals, using the best equipment currently on the market, and latest market prices. He negotiated with his boss and gave us a far better payout than any other precious metal buyer in the area. The conversation with the employees was great, they are very knowledgeable in their field and willing to answer all of my questions accurately. I highly recommend them if you are selling your PM's or other high value jewelry or heirlooms. I will return to them again as I decide to sell off more gold, silver, coins or other collectables! A great experience! I am a very happy customer!

Just started going here and the experience couldn’t be better. They are trustworthy, polite, and extremely fair with pricing. I left some jewelry with them for additional testing as they were closing soon and were very honest and trustworthy with it. Could have taken advantage with the situation but continued the amazing service at no additional expense. Will continue to go here for my reselling needs!

This place is absolutely incredible. Yesterday I needed two watches sized my neighbor told me to come here as they just opened and she said the staff was extremely professional and nice. That is an understatement. These people exceeded any expectation I could’ve ever had. They were kind courteous the place is absolutely clean the collection of jewelry they have is fairly priced and extremely beautiful and they did my watches in a very short amount of time. Taylor and Geo are the most amazing people I’ve ever met in Santee. I’m so happy that this business has come to our community. They have so much to offer us and these people make a great addition to our community.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Taylor. I needed two watches adjusted for fit. Taylor worked on my watches and was very knowledgeable on how to negotiate a proper fit. While I waited, I noticed the store had very upscale and high end jewelry. Steve mentioned they also buy and sell silver and gold. Both were so helpful and friendly. I will be seeing them in the future for a Tiffany necklace repair that my wife needs. I highly recommend this jewelry, pawn shop in our Santee neighborhood.

I went in with my mother with a stuck ring on her swollen finger from a fractured wrist. I initially called to ask if they are able to cut the ring off and how much it would cost. The employees and especially the owner were incredibly kind and patient. We were so scared, but the owner handled it with such care and expertise. I cannot thank you enough for your quick action to help my mother. You are incredibly kind to have helped us in such a stressful moment. I was so impressed by how efficiently you cut the ring. What touched me more was the way you demonstrated compassion towards my mother. Words cannot described how we felt. I thank God for businesses that treat their customers this way. May the Lord show you favor in all you do!

I’ve never been into a pawn shop and did a lot of poking around online before I found this place cause honestly, I was nervous and felt a little skeezy “hawking” stuff from the estate I inherited recently. But as soon as I walked in Mario made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole experience. I came in with a lot of different kinds of things—everything from a silver plate to gold teeth, watches, and jewelry. Mario was super honest and fair with every single thing I brought in. I had diamonds and gold he easily could have tricked me into thinking weren’t worthwhile, but he checked everything in front of me and showed me exactly what the tests showed with complete transparency and accuracy. I was there over an hour with my toddler in tow and he never made me feel rushed. The owner came in about halfway thru my transaction and he made the experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. We got to talking about coins and other things I have available in the estate and he was willing to tell me exactly how he’d valuate those things, fairly and honestly. I’ll be back probably as soon as tomorrow with more. The whole experience was so easy, and I left there feeling good about the decision and not at all the way I imagined pawning my family’s stuff would feel.

I visited Santee Jewelry & Loan to find out the value of a few pieces of silverware given to me by my grandmother. Steve & Gio were helpful, professional and encouraging. I received the cash for a few items and learned a great deal about the rest. I have confidence in their knowledge; plus they are willing to go above & beyond to help each customer.

I went to santee jewelry today to sell some silver I had. Not only was the service from Mario fantastic. They hands down had the best price on silver after I shopped around. I highly recommend this spot.
