This place is fairly new and they were amazing, I got 4 new tires and my rear shocks done and it was for an amazing price. I still need to get my bags done. You were supposed to call me however I think maybe you guys were just swamped. Free water and amazing waiting room chairs and a restroom. Thanks guys.

We had an emergency with our tires while towing our trailer. They got us in immediately, had the tires in stock, and even fixed the damage that was caused by our previous tires. Very fair pricing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Saved our roadtrip and our sanity! Couldn’t recommend this great team of people enough.

I am so thankful for Mo (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly). He stayed open later, even when there was no one else in the shop, just to help me. I’m not from the area and was driving to my parents’ house for Thanksgiving, and every other shop turned me away. Firestone didn’t want to help, even when I arrived 15 minutes before closing, and showed no empathy. Santa Rosa Tire & Wheels was the only place that stayed open a little later and the only shop that was truly kind. They even waited for my car to be towed. If it weren’t for Mo, I probably would have had to book a hotel and wait until tomorrow to get my car fixed, which means I would have arrived much later than planned. I’m so grateful for his kindness. Also, they’re prices are GREAT! Thank you SO MUCH. You are amazing!!!

The absolute best tire shop I’ve ever been to in my life. These guys raise the bar with customer service. They do an amazing job in a timely fashion, legit all the guys who work there are gems! Clean showroom friendly service. If you live in the area look no further.

Really excellent customer service. I was driving through the area and developed a flat, so I stopped in. They discovered it was actually a cracked rim and put nearly two hours into trying to creatively fix it for me so I could finish my trip. Ultimately the damage was too bad to repair so they refused to charge me for the time and effort (which I would have been happy to pay). I was impressed, they are good folks.

***BEST VALUE IN TOWN, EXCELLENT SERVICE & VERY EFFICIENT!*** I work nearby and noticed a new tire shop had opened up in the old Goodyear location and thought I would check it out. First impressions were immediately great, when I entered the lobby I was greeted immediately by Muhammad who very quickly helped me price out some tires and provided an estimate including mounting and balancing. I dropped the car off today before work and received a message shortly after that my tires were done! Very fast service! Not only did they replace my front tires at a great value, but mounting and balancing was included and they gave me a deal on balancing both rear tires as well. When I arrived to pick up the car I was pleased to see that not only had all the tires been dressed but the wheels had been cleaned as well! In addition, Alex, the tire tech, found an additional puncture on my rear tire that I was unaware of and they fixed it free of charge. Everyone at the shop was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I will be coming back soon for an alignment, and also rear brakes on another vehicle. Highly Recommended.

This is a brand new location by Macy’s in Coddingtown, the service is wonderful, I needed to rotate my tires, they took me tight the way and fixed my tires, the manager and service people are amazing I will be back guys, thank you very much

Such a great wheel and tire place; they were able to take care of me while I waited, had a clean waiting area, and all of their staff that I interacted with were friendly and kind. Great offerings and pricing.

I went in for an alingment on my suv today. Had my car done within 45mins. Best prices in town by far. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

I had a great experience since the moment I parked. Great costumer service Got a quote I told them I was coming back on a Friday and I did they didn’t have the tire in stock they called the Napa shop and they had it. I was told to come back on Saturday morning and I did once again. They told me it would take about 2hrs to get the job done. They offered me to take one of their cars or they can give me a ride home. They gave a ride home and my truck was ready with in two hours or so. Thank and great job guys .
