From the start of the project to finish, they were there when they told us they would be, were knowledgeable and skilled, and made us feel comfortable and sure during the process. They resolved all the problems the pool had AND it turned out beautiful. Highly recommend.

Santa Cruz did a fabulous job. I receive estimates from the “big names”, but I found Jo and his company to be great with communication, and their estimate was spot on/reasonable. The crew showed up promptly and got the work done as stated, in just a few days. We went with just white plaster, as I like that look - light blue water! They did a great job with clean up! A+++ experience. Highly recommend.

I went with the quartz plaster I couldn’t be happier and they had a great selection of pool tile . Exceptional communication from Joe Jr., Joe Sr., Sons and all the employees on site. It's been 3 weeks since the pool, spa and cool deck have been done. They all look just like the day they were finished. From the day of the estimate to the day of completion, Joe Jr. answered every phone call and text I sent. On site, Joe Sr. supervised the teams (sons) and took time to discuss some of the fine details with me. All who I came in contact with, treated me with kindness and respect. They also cleaned up after themselves after each visit and left the property the wat they found it, if not better. It's a real pleasure to say I'm truly 100% satisfied with the job done.
