This company is out same day, low cost service fee up front that can be applied to any repairs. Honest diagnosis, reasonable cost to clean the condensor coils for pet hair. Next day, new tech but identified one other cause - also my fault, not the appliance. Clear discussion of options, no additional cost unless the coils are frozen. No push to oversell. Andrew and Alex are both friendly, respectful, helpful. So nice to see a company with solid ethics and comfortable delivering a service.
