Amazing company! They are my new go-to for HVAC and appliance. I had an issue with what I thought was my ice maker. This company is out same day, low cost service fee up front that can be applied to any repairs. Honest diagnosis, reasonable cost to clean the condensor coils for pet hair. Next day, new tech but identified one other cause - also my fault, not the appliance. Clear discussion of options, no additional cost unless the coils are frozen. No push to oversell. Andrew and Alex are both friendly, respectful, helpful. So nice to see a company with solid ethics and comfortable delivering a service.

My dryer needed multiple repairs, including fixing a gas leak, replacing a damaged belt, replacing broken drum slides, and tons of cleaning. The technician, Alex, exceeded all my expectations. He arrived on time, had extensive knowledge in diagnosing and repairing my dryer, and completed all the necessary repairs on the same day. The dryer now works like new and saved me a ton of money compared to buying a replacement. He was professional throughout the process. Highly recommended! I’ll be using them for any appliance repairs that come up in the future.

Santa Clarita Appliance Repair is the BEST! The technician Dimitri answered my call on a Sunday evening and the very next day came out to fix our 30 yr old refrigerator! Dimitri was exceptional, as he diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes! He's like a doctor when it comes to appliances, extremely knowledgeable in his line of work. In addition, Dimitri communicated and explained everything upfront without upselling. Since he had to order the replacement part, Dimitri was kind to find a way to keep our refrigerator/freezer cool, so the food wouldn't spoil until he came back after a few days to fix the issue with the new part.
