In my wife’s words, “these are the best cleaners we’ve ever had.” They are thorough, considerate, efficient, and not afraid to do whatever is required. Communication with them is fantastic and responsiveness is always good. Highly recommended for residential or commercial services.

Tami and her team have done a great job providing cleaning services for us. They are very hard workers, professional and they communicate well. I highly recommend them!

I am uncertain what happened with this company. They used to do exceptional cleaning, and we regularly returned to them for Axxess deal discounts and cleanings. We were moving and decided to get a moveout clean on both our new property and the one we were selling. The cleaners arrived, reported no water 2 hours into the scheduled clean via text message (no calls), and we didn't notice the text for another 2 hours. Even items that required NO water went uncleaned (cleaning windows, vacuuming, cleaning the refrigerator, etc). Disappointed, we contacted the owner and said we no longer wanted the second property cleaned. Her response was to remove the discount from our bill, changing it from 705 to 880. When we sent her images of the cleaning, she blocked us. When I was finally able to reach her via a different phone, she agreed to fix the cleaning job for the original invoiced amount. She arrived 1 hour late, and only came for a short 2.5 hour clean with one other cleaner, laughed about almost forgetting to bring the key to our old property, and tried to negotiate back to 880. She agreed to 750, left my house, then emailed me telling me to pay 880 OR she will bill 750 and send a new bill for her "fix." She is extremely deceptive, dishonest, and I have filed a complaint with the BBB requesting an adjustment since she won't even take my calls any longer. Similar to another recent review on Yelp, her approach was also to threaten a lien on our house. She didn't mention it again after we said we closed escrow already, but I can't imaging anyone wanting to do business with someone that has this tact.

Wow! Meridian and Pauline were incredible. We didn't know that our house could be this clean. They were on time, friendly, and did excellent work. The company was very communicative and well organized. We highly recommend and will use again.

I couldn’t be happier with John’s work! He went above and beyond to clean my couch after a really tough throw up stain, and I honestly didn’t think it would ever look the same again. John worked his magic and now it looks absolutely perfect like nothing ever happened. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs furniture cleaning done right.

An amazing job done here in downtown Santa Barbara for our tasting room at Longoria wines. Very polite and huge space to clean plus bathrooms and offices. Everything looked great and felt and smelled very clean - no streaks nothing went uncleaned or touched up and just all around great job!
