I couldn’t be more impressed with the service at Sanelli Automotive. Jim provided exceptional customer service and kept me informed every step of the way. Even during the busy holiday season, they turned the repair around incredibly fast. Other shops told me they couldn’t get to my car until after the New Year, but Sanelli took it in on Thursday, provided a quote Friday, and had it ready by Tuesday the following week. Tony and Jim truly earned our trust. Outstanding work, great communication, and a shop I’ll absolutely be bringing our vehicles to for all future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!

I could not be happier with the level of service received at Sanelli. Jim was helpful every step of the way keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle and answering any questions I had. I've been unfortunate enough to need a couple of big repairs in the past year, which are pricey regardless. However, compared to other local shops, the price and amount of detail in completing the work at Sanelli exceeded my expectations. I've worked at car dealerships for about 15 years and had been previously adamant about having all maintenance and repairs done with the dealer. Now I see no reason to go through that headache and prefer to support this trustworthy small business and while still using my preference of OEM parts.

Jim and Tony are amazing to work with. I’ve had a few issues with my truck over the last year, and they always get me in. Unfortunately the issues were major, but you can’t beat the quality of work for the price. They’re honest and never try to over sell you on anything. Honest, quality craftsmanship, and appropriate pricing…. Wouldn’t give my business to anyone else

By far the best mechanic I have been to. Jim is very thorough with what needs to be done and the why behind it. Very knowledgeable and the prices are fair and reasonable in my opinion. Definitely a lot cheaper than the dealerships, but with the exceptional service and care. Sanelli Automative is now my go-to for automotive needs.

Nothing but wonderful! Called early morning with a “flutter” under my Dashboard. Took it in 30 min later with a list of issues since our deep freeze. They covered every detail plus some kept me up to date for expenses, parts And progress. Car was ready the next day. They mentioned Pros and cons of repairs due to the 145,000 miles. Truly couldn’t be Happier! Will use Sanelli again and again. Jim was super efficient and crystal clear diagnosing it to me. Will be back and highly recommend ! Oh and a Mobile 1 oil change to boot! If i could leave 10 stars i would after dealing with a what we thought was a coolant leak and oil leak went to 3 different shops to never fix the problem. But we came to sanelli they told us exactly what was wrong which was a coolant leak from 2 seperate places on my 2015 volkswagon they fixed it by the end of the week! Updated me every step of the way. I really appreciate you guys and will come back for all of our vehicles in my family! Thank you for being honest, fast and to the point!

I highly recommend taking your vehicles here! Jim is the absolute best and took care of me as if I was family. I don’t really know too much about cars and asked if he could call my dad once he inspected my breaks. After reviewing my needs with my dad the work was done. Jim also took the time to explain to me what needed to be done, why and that it would be the safest and best options. I can absolutely feel the difference in my breaks and appreciate the extra time he took with me! I won’t go anywhere else moving forward.

I could not be happier with my experience with Sanelli Automotive. This past week my car kept shutting off, and I brought it to multiple shops then stumbled across Sanelli’s. I knew one issue that it had with the turbo, but was unaware that the fuel pump was bad causing it to shut off. Sanelli’s was very informative through the whole process, thorough and professional! I just picked up my car today and it has never run better!! This will be my go to mechanic from now on! Thank you Sanelli Auto!
