I couldn’t be more impressed with the service at Sanelli Automotive. Jim provided exceptional customer service and kept me informed every step of the way. Even during the busy holiday season, they turned the repair around incredibly fast. Other shops told me they couldn’t get to my car until after the New Year, but Sanelli took it in on Thursday, provided a quote Friday, and had it ready by Tuesday the following week. Tony and Jim truly earned our trust. Outstanding work, great communication, and a shop I’ll absolutely be bringing our vehicles to for all future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!

I could not be happier with the level of service received at Sanelli. Jim was helpful every step of the way keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle and answering any questions I had. I've been unfortunate enough to need a couple of big repairs in the past year, which are pricey regardless. However, compared to other local shops, the price and amount of detail in completing the work at Sanelli exceeded my expectations. I've worked at car dealerships for about 15 years and had been previously adamant about having all maintenance and repairs done with the dealer. Now I see no reason to go through that headache and prefer to support this trustworthy small business and while still using my preference of OEM parts.
