Marco knows his stuff. Being a landlord starts as being an investor, but then life happens and you need to deal with tenants. He deals with it every day but I need to get this tenant out. He helped to calm the nerves and really was there to explain the process and remove the emotions. He knew all the people at the courts and really helped guide the whole process smoothly.
