Called them for a tow early this morning got a quick answer got a fair price & they have low car friendly trailers they showed up in 15 minutes got it loaded and dropped off quickly no issues at all highly recommended

This was a great and amazing professional service. Driver was very professional, kind, polite amd concern about pur safety which was keynto the entire service provided. He main idea was getting is home safe and sound and off the stranded zone we were in. Not only did Felipe arrived at the time promised of ETA but the full service came when he, him self rolled up he tow truck to the point of parking area of our vehicle spot. No question asked. Don’t trust them with your expensive car. They scratched both sides of my rear bumper and my expensive wheels. They refused to fix it and became very hostile. I sent them video proof of the driver damaging the vehicle and they said no it was already like that. Complete scam of a company.

I had a nail in my tire on my Mercedes Benz coupe since car kept turning off stating that it was a safety issue. I contacted AAA to get a tow truck at 7:30 pm and was scheduled to get picked up by tow company after 9:35 pm. I went ahead and called Sanchez towing and they arrived within 10 minutes of my call. The driver was very polite and professional. I was home by 9:15 pm. I am grateful that they were able to do the tow and get me and my car safe before the time provided by AAA town company. Would call them again for future services.

Iam beyond grateful for this towing company they have never failed me I have used them a couple times in Moreno Valley and this time I was really in need for my car to be towed to a mechanic then to a dealership in such quickness and thy did not let me down they always answer they are fast quick to communicate show up price is very doable and flexible in manner of pay thank you guys for helping me 2 days in a row i definitely say give them a call in time of need for towing
