Within 24 hours, I received a quote with more coverage and paid significantly less than what I was paying with All State agency the last 4 years. She made it an easy process, answering question after question, and saving me HUNDREDS of dollars per year!

BEWARE of this agency...I would give it a zero if you could... 1. Their rates are HIGH and you can find less expensive, better coverage rates at Progressive or Liberty Mutual. 2. Their lack of communication cost me an extra $640 on top of my expensive plans because they failed to let Erie Insurance know I cancelled my policies. 3. Poor customer service as you can see in other reviews as well; they don't reply to emails or return phone calls and when you do get a reply, they say they cannot do anything to help you. Go to ANY other agency for better rates and service.

I love the lady's in the office very sweet but Kara like dismisses you on the phone or anything and I got my insurance somewhere else for 1400 a year full coverage and you guys were charging me 2200 a year with Progressive and I'm 64 and have maybe 2000 miles a year on my car every year I don't really drive you guys are way to much the elder should get a discount . And Kara is a rude person if I need to ask a question I wont be dismissed I treat people with kindness thanks to all the girls in the office they are wonderful. Celeste Anderson
