Sam's Variety (Flowers and Passport Photos)

Really disgusting customer service and quality . My brother sent me flowers for my birthday through Sam’s Flowers yesterday. He paid a good price and look at the rotten stems and flowers this shop has sent. When I called, the guy who answered pretended it was not from their shop and now will not answer my phone calls. The receipt clearly has Sam’s Flowers name and address. At least be honest! Btw even Walmart has better flowers. You are Charging high prices for substandard products. Totally recommend that people should not order from you.

Extremely disappointed — twice! This is the second time I’ve ordered from Sam's, and both times the experience has been awful. The flowers I received were not fresh at all — some were already wilting upon arrival. On top of that, the quantity was noticeably less than what was shown in their advertised photos. It's misleading and feels like a complete rip-off. I gave them a second chance hoping the first time was just a one-off issue, but clearly this is a pattern. For the price they're charging, this level of service is unacceptable. I will definitely not be ordering again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or honesty in what they deliver. Very disappointed.

I ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday. The picture did not match the flowers that arrived at all. This is insane and we paid $50. The first pic is what arrived. Compared to the second picture that was shown. It is misleading

Worse service. The flowers in the picture don't match what you actually get. They don't follow instructions and the employees are incompetent.

Doesn’t look like what I paid for, wrapped in poor quality paper so tightly that you can hardly see the flowers. Disappointed
