Sam is the man! Late on a Thursday night, one of my garage door springs broke and caused major issues with my double door, even bending the track and a panel hanging off. I started calling around after hours, but most companies either didn’t answer or were booked 4–5 days out. I found Sam’s Garage Door Services thanks to all the great reviews and decided to call. I was able to get an appointment next day. Sam showed up right on time within the promised window. He quickly assessed the damage and gave me three fair options - all of which were reasonably priced (I had already done some research on spring cycles, so I knew the ballpark). My builder-grade standard-cycle spring had finally worn out (as expected). He upgraded to me a heavy-duty high-cycle spring, bearings and cable, as well as switched to longer nylon rollers on top/bottom of door panels. He even cut up the old metal rod for trash and made sure to leave the work area clean. Sam had the door working again in no time. His company will be my “go-to” garage door service company for any future install/repair needs and will be recommending to family/friends. Highly recommended.

While inspecting my garage, he noticed several problems none of the other techs noticed and he fixed them for no extra charge while he was installing the new unit.
