Sam's Auto mobile mechanic 24/7

Sam came over today, and I’ve actually been using him for a while now. I originally found him through Google, and since then he’s been my trusted mobile car repairer. I noticed he recently got a one-star review, which I think is really unfair — if you check that reviewer’s profile, they seem to leave negative reviews everywhere and come across as quite problematic. In my experience, Sam is great at what he does. He goes the extra mile, offers proper guarantees and warranties, and doesn’t stop until the job is done right. He’s not the type to take your money and disappear — he genuinely takes pride in his work. Big thank you to Sam, and a solid five stars from me!

I had a great experience. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring from start to finish. He diagnosed and fixed the issue properly and explained everything clearly. He also went above and beyond by helping with my flat tyre and even popping a dent back out of my car, which I really appreciated. The car has been running perfectly since, with no further issues. Very reliable service I would definitely recommend.

I recently needed my clutch replaced, but wasn’t quite sure the extent of the work needed. I called Sam’s Auto Mobile Mechanic and Sam came out the same day within 20mins to have a look at the car. After his analysis he explained the work needed, provided a reasonable quote (much better price than the garage) and ordered the parts. He came back the next day 9am on the dot to get to work. Sam and his colleague worked very hard and had the new clutch installed and working perfectly by lunch time. Very happy with the work carried out and will absolutely use Sam again for any work the car needs. If you’re looking for someone fairly priced, honest and does great work then Sam is your man.

Dangerous Guy, Had to call Police on him.. Dont use him at all.. . . I had a very distressing experience with Sam’s Auto Mobile Car Mechanic. Over the phone, he quoted me £60 for the jump start to the car. However, when he arrived, it took him max 30 min to do the job and suddenly demanded £120 and said the more time I “wasted,” the more he would charge. When I refused to pay the inflated price, he became aggressive and took my car keys and ran away. He even made verbal threats, saying he would “bang my head.” I had to involve the police to get my keys returned (can share the case number if needed). The police contacted him and asked him to come back and resolve the issue, which he eventually did after much arguing. After a long and unpleasant exchange, he finally agreed to accept £80 and returned my keys. It was a highly stressful and frightening experience. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can make an informed decision before calling this mechanic. My advice to you people is not to use his services at all.. Save yourself from this aggressive and dangerous guy. My reply to the comments from Sam's auto... No, sorry he never mentioned about that...never and while repairing the car key he never mentioned that how much he will charge. Also, he was aggressive and threatened me. If he had issues over the payment he could have settled it peacefully but he got aggressive and ran away with the car keys. You have no right to leave the place with car keys and threatening the customer. I have the recording of him. Ao please dont try defend his actions.

Very reliable and knowledgeable. Called him out to assess the mouting on the car, he fixed it very quickly and was easy to organise a time for him to come. Was very thorough and checked other things too just for reassurance. Highly recommend

Contacted Sam early morning on a Saturday to change the battery in my car. AA and RAC would not come quickly or work on the vehicle whilst it was in a parking bay on a residential road. He arrived by 7am and was quick and efficient. He was polite and friendly and would happily recommend.

Sam came to fix my car clutch the same day I phoned him and gave an exceptional service. He was friendly and helpful and courteous to the neighbours. Work done to a high standard and very reasonable. Highly recommended hard working guy. Good luck to him.

Came to fix my clutch, and it works good as new, top top work from these guys. He even filled up my oil and coolant for me for courtesy. Unreal experience and very very good service. Would definitely recommend
