We purchased a 400$ Kenmore stove top from Sam's Appliance, just for it to be sold without its plug, so it couldn't even be used. We were not told this, until after the transaction was already completed and was loaded into our truck. asked for his assistant to put a plug on it, and his assistant told us he couldnt. He instead recommended us to go to home depot, buy one ourselves and put it on ourselves. I did not know or expect to have to buy a plug and install the plug myself, as I've never bought a stove from a business that required me to do so. My biggest issue, was that this was not communicated to us before purchase, and made installing the stove more of a headache than it was worth (since I didnt have a clue as to how to do it). After installing however, the stove does seem to work well and as intended. I have revised my review to account for this. Communication if very important, especially for customers like me who wouldn't know any better otherwise. I hope this business does better in the future to accommodate that.
