Dimitri showed up at my house very promptly - on a weekend. He gave me a quick fix on an older refrigerator and said he would not charge me if it did not work. It worked. Several months later it’s still working. He’ll be my first call if I ever have another issue.

We had an awesome experience with Dmitry. Our fridge stopped working Sunday morning. He was able to come and look at it the same day and ordered the part we needed. He came back the next day and fixed it within an hour. He is very friendly and professional. He even taught us some tricks to prolong the life of our refrigerator, ie) to vacuum the vents at the bottom of the fridge to help the motor last longer. We will most certainly use his services again. I am a very happy customer. He also accepts venmo :)

Dmitry diagnosed and serviced our refrigerator in less than an hour! We called him last minute on a Saturday and he was able to squeeze us in. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. We first called to get the washing machine liner replaced. Dmitry was quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional! I texted him when we had an issue with an error message on the washing machine and he gave us recommendations to try on our own first…as to avoid charging for an unnecessary visit. He’s reasonable and honest and will always be our first call for any appliance questions!

Dmitry was on time for the fridge repair. Had to get the parts to get it fixed, but he came back the very next day, and the Fridge now up and running, issue with Ice maker and leaking water was resolved! Highly recommend for any house appliances!

Had an issue with my subzero fridge he showed up 2 hours later diagnosed my issue fast and more importantly correctly. Fridge is cooling like it should again. This day and age it’s hard to find service like this 👍

Dmitry was professional and knowledgeable. I sent an online request for service to him about 4p and said he could be over same day at 6p. Showed up on time and fixed my dryer in 30 minutes. Fair price imo too. Like another reviewer I almost didn’t use him based on low reviews, all positive, glad I did and will keep his number for future appliance issues.
